The rooms were large, clean and comfortable.
Upon arrival, the front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed and couldn't find our reservation. This was frustrating at such an early hour and left us feeling quite unwelcome. The cleaning outside our room was neglected, as we noticed debris lingering for days without attention.

Location - marvellous and absolutely perfect, close enough to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, key major attractions and opposite the American embassy which had guards on duty.
Beds were very hard.

We didn't have time, so we also would return here. Upscale place, it was clean and had very very helpful staff at the reception desk. The venue's position was central.

The service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast could be a little more extensive.
There was no water boiler in the room. The sauna was either broken or closed, only open after 6pm while we like to use it in the morning

Elegant, elegant, elegant
I loved the spacious elegance of my junior suite. The breakfast spread was a true delight, with everything from smoked salmon to pancakes-definitely the best way to start the day! Plus, the personal care from the staff was heartwarming. They went out of their way to.

We stayed in the Rose Garden Palace for three nights and were delighted with it. The rooms were large, very comfortable and spotless. The hotel has an ambiance of quiet refinement and modern stylishness set within a classical building. Breakfast was good value at €15 and it could be enjoyed either inside or outside in very pleasant and unhurried surroundings. The staff were very helpful and were happy to recommend/book restaurants and taxis as required.
One slight disadvantage is that the hotel is located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants but nothing that a pleasant walk or a short taxi run would not solve.

A lovely hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. The accommodation is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the location, which was quiet but within easy walking distance to the central areas. If you are not up to walking far we recommend the 116 bus which does a round trip between the hotel and central areas. Lots of good restaurants nearby. And to top it all free wi fi in the rooms. Highly recommended and we certainly plan to return.

Good location, close to two metro stops. Rooms are very cool and comfortable with satellite tv. Gorgeous bathroom. One free water a day.
Staff a little to cool for school, on check in, the receptionist carried on a phone conversation while checking us in, pointing and miming. Pool and gym facilities a little disappointing.Bar/Mini-bar very expensive.
